Submission Guidelines:
- Original Content: All articles must be original and not published elsewhere. Plagiarism is not tolerated.
- Length: Articles should be between 800 and 1500 words.
- Style: Content should be written in clear, concise English. Aim for a tone that is professional yet accessible to a general audience.
- Formatting: Submissions should be provided in a Word document (.doc or .docx) with headings and subheadings for easy readability.
- SEO Considerations: We strive for our content to be easily discoverable by our readers. Our editorial team will review and may revise your submission to enhance its search engine optimization (SEO). This may include modifications to headings, keywords, meta descriptions, and more. If significant SEO-related revisions are made, we will notify you and provide an opportunity for you to review the changes.
- References: Cite all sources and provide a reference list at the end of the article, using the American Medical Association (AMA) citation style. Hyperlinks to the referenced material are encouraged where relevant and available.
- Biography and Headshot: Include a brief author bio (100 words or less) and a high-resolution headshot. Include any social media profiles or websites you’d like linked in your bio.

- Editorial Policy: Any submissions must adhere to our editorial policy.
- Exclusive Content and Rights: By submitting an article, authors agree that the content is original and has not been submitted, published, or accepted for publication elsewhere. Upon submission, authors grant Integrative Health Daily, a Klarity Ventures Company exclusive rights to the article. This means that the content may not be republished, reposted, or distributed elsewhere without the expressed permission of Klarity Ventures. We retain the rights to the submitted article for both online and offline promotional use.
Review Process:
