Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

Some would say these are better than the original chocolate chip cookie recipe. We created a gluten and grain-free delight with a chewy texture and rich, buttery flavor. Loaded with decadent chocolate chips, these guilt-free treats redefine the classic cookie, combining simplicity with a healthier twist. Indulge in every bite for a delightful and wholesome experience.

  • 1/2 cup butter or vegan substitute
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar can sub coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup walnuts can omit


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Cream together butter, coconut oil and sugar. Add the vanilla and egg and mix to combine.
  • Mix in the baking soda and salt. Add in the almond flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing well each time. Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts, if using.
  • Form the dough into a Tablespoon round and place on a parchment lined baking sheet, about 3 inches apart. Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges. Cool for 15 minutes and enjoy!


These will keep for 3 days at room temperature or refrigerate for a week.
