  • Vitamix or other high powered blender



  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 fresh date pitted
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup water

Smoothie Bowl

  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup freeze dried raspberries
  • 1 fresh kiwi diced


  • Add the frozen bananas, frozen blueberries, pitted date, cinnamon and water to your blender and blend on high until completely smooth. Add the smoothie to a bowl.
  • Top your smoothie bowl with the granola, freeze dried fruit and the kiwi. You can add any toppings you want at this point. Enjoy!
